| Question: |
Although at least one object can be seen in the wireframe view, CoCut gives a message "No object exist" and deletes the existing objects.
|
| Answer: |
You have probably used the undo function of CorelDRAW after previously cutting with CoCut. For running CoCut for CorelDRAW 6/7 a script is used which copies the existing objects into a temporary layer from which the objects can be sent to CoCut. As this layer is deleted the next time you run CoCut, your objects have also been deleted. To restore your objects proceed as follows: open the layer manager unter the menu item layout (Ctrl + F3). Keep recalling the undo function (Ctrl + z) until all objects can be seen again and the ~tmp~~~ layer no longer appears in the layer manager. If it not possible to recall the undo function often enough, you can also highlight all objects and move them to another layer as soon as the objects reappear but are still in the temporary layer.
